Larry Kinser - Administrative Pastor
Larry Kinser was raised in an Evangelical Friends, Mid-America church in Hugoton, KS. He attended Friends Bible College (now Barclay College) from 1969-1973 earning a B.A. in Bible with double minors in Pastoral Methods and Church Music. He married Mileta Ross from Haviland in 1971. Together they spent 9 years in an itinerant singing and preaching ministry, planted two churches, served as Sr. Pastor for Damascus Friends Church, Damascus, OH and Fresno Friends Church, Fresno, CA. In 2000, Larry accepted the position of Director of Church Health and Growth for Evangelical Friends Church-Southwest. In this capacity he served as a liaison to the churches providing consultation, counsel, pastoral placement, and involvement in many aspects of the denominational structure. Larry’s passions are organizational efficiency, planning, and the practical application of Christian living. Larry & Mileta have one grown, married daughter who works in urban redevelopment in Fresno, CA.
